Quiet Romance Of An Elopement Morning
Photography by Tara Bielecki Photography
It’s an early morning as this couple rises to share quiet, intimate moments together before embarking on their elopement journey. They share laughter and moments of romance as they prepare breakfast and the smell of fresh roasted coffee beans fill the air. At least, this is the beauty that we imagine through these photos by Tara Bielecki Photography and her collaborative team.
Tara and her team set out to show engaged couples that an elopement can be documented as a love story with details tailored to the couple’s personalities, such as hand written vows placed inside an heirloom book like this one from BRYLO Wed and a simple, minimally designed dress as we see here from BHLDN. It was important for this team to create an inspirational editorial to show engaged couples that even with elopement planning, you can create memorable moments with a small wedding team and a photographer to document the intimacy.
From Tara Bielecki Photography
This wedding editorial was inspired by wanting to capture the intimacy and simplicity of what a wedding day is about – the love of two people. We wanted to share the story of a couple on their wedding day before their elopement. Waking up together, sharing coffee, making breakfast. It was important to capture those everyday experiences and that they are precious moments in life that deserve celebrating.
We kept things clean and simple with the design to really highlight simplicity and the elegance of it. We were incredibly thoughtful about what a real couple would likely splurge on or keep simple on such an intimate day. Going big on a statement bouquet from Posies & Poms was important to us and we really wanted to bring joyous pops of color to the morning. The gown from BHLDN reflects the simplicity of our couple and the custom tailored suite from Bespoke Edge was a perfect compliment to their sophistication.

Vow books were designed by BRYLO Wed and we are obsessed with her minimalist style! The letterpress of the leather for the couples’ wedding day gifts, was such a thoughtful touch.
It is my sincere hope that this inspires couples to cherish those mornings at home or those evenings curled up on the couch.
